Christine has been running Personal training and Group fitness classes since 2021 with Better Backs.

Christine loves to help people improve their fitness, achieve their goals, increase their movement, mobility and flexibility. Christine works in conjunction with the chiropractors (if required) at the clinic to create a program specific to your needs, abilities and existing injuries.
