Arrived for my 4:40 appointment. After waiting 10 minutes I was told the dr. was still 20 mins behind. I said I would reschedule because I needed to be out by 5:15-5:20 and they said they can make it work. I was seen to at 5 and was given less than 10 minutes of treatment and was charged for a full 20 min consultation (they have a 10 min consultation) very disappointed.

It was my first time here. The reception was very nice and welcoming. David really surprised me. he did amazing work ,I 'm a Myotherapist, I can felt David experienced and cared for his patient , I was looking for lower back pain relief. David knew that I had a problem with my cervical . he did various tests and treatments for my entire spine. After the treatment, david also protected my lower back with the bands , which reduced my worries about pain during work and exercise. It was a great treatment experience. I personally can not believe the difference Dr. David has made in my life.. on Monday I experienced something like never before, within a time frame of 60 minutes I went from being such an active person to not being able to move at all.. David has worked with me every single day this week and has made time to see me even when he has been fully booked. I can now walk again, get up out of my bed myself, walk up stairs again.. he is a miracle worker and is so gifted at what he does. A lovely clinic with wonderful service! I'm normally very anxious when going to appointments, especially somewhere new, but I felt much more relaxed here. Reception was warm and welcoming as was the clinician treating me. As for treatment, I already feel so much better. I've had ongoing back issues for some time now with very little relief and I could notice a difference in my pain/discomfort immediately after my appointment. I'm feeling more confident now that hopefully with further treatment I'll be able to get back to what I love doing but pain-free! Definitely recommend. 😊
