UltraFlora Kids Care is expertly designed to maintain healthy bowel function and support a healthy immune system in children. Less sick days: The average Australian and New Zealand child can have up to 10 colds per year,with 70% of children (2 years of age and over) in day care, an environment understood to triple the risk of becoming sick. A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with 326 children aged three to five years in day care measured the effect of NCFM® and Bi-07 on immunity. Results showed a significant reduction in the incidence and number of sick days in children taking NCFM® and Bi-07, along with reduced antibiotic use and fewer missed school days. The combination of NCFM® and Bi-07 was more effective than NCFM® alone.
LGG®, known for its immune-modulating actions, has been shown to down-regulate the immune system, particularly through butyrate-producing bacteria and regulatory T cells involved in allergies.
